הקליפ צולם לפני כשבועיים (ב-7.6) במהלך הופעתו האחרונה של פרץ בהיכל נוקיה ושם, מול קהל של 8,000 מעריצים, השיר נחשף לראשונה. הזמר ביצע את "ישראל" ביחד עם חברי "אוף שימחעס" כשהוא עטוף בטלית ולאחר מכן גם בדגל ישראל – צפייה בקליפ הסוחף מעידה על גודל השמחה והחגיגה שהייתה בהיכל בזמן ביצוע השיר. את הקליפ ביימו ריינבו הפקות.
במהלך ביצוע השיר קובי פרץ לקח לידיו מצלמת וידאו קטנה וצילם את הקהל שר ומשתולל איתו – אחלה של רעיון, שהרי כל השיר עוסק ב"ישראל" ולמעשה בכולנו!
